Lets write a thank you note to the ones who support abusers, Starting with the walnut sheriffs department, then the Los Angeles superior court.

You keep sending these 3 cops, but I’m sure Alvarado knows who im talking about, one had thick black glasses, and the other I think had a bushy mustache.

These 3 cops, are not good people. I don’t understand what the point of calling the law enforcement is, if they aren’t enforcing the law?

They don’t listen, they arrive COMPLETELY annoyed before I’ve even said a word.

Your department has made me feel more like a burden than a survivor. I’m not a victim.

I’m surviving.

God forbid they have to come out here and do their job. 

But instead, You give an abuser (past and present) more power? Who told them to “follow up” ?

What?

Just came by to show their support to an abuser? Offering their body cam footage, of them berating me. 

You don’t know what I’ve been through. 

You don’t understand what’s happening here. 

 These three sheriffs, came to the front door today, where I STILL live, and harass me about “getting out” ? 

I live here! There is NO eviction filed.

I showed them a document- STAMPED by the court, with the signature of the clerk and the judge

(they tell me it was BS). 

I had no idea the opinion of a cop was above the opinion of a judge.

In fact, they tell me that the restraining order should be against me instead, the victim.

Your officers really came over here to to say that to me? Is that how you follow up?

I turned in a copy of my DV110, I walked into your station and stood at the counter, and gave the DEPT a copy of the a valid DV110. 

I showed the cop the SAME IDENTICAL COPY YOUR DEPT HAS.

They told me to go back home and call Walnut Sheriff and they’d send someone out to look at the proof of service hardcopy, since I didn’t have it with me. They said they would take a report if I say he has violated.

But you send this cop, and he calls me dumb.

Why am I being treated as if I wasn’t deserving? The cops that came over today, never send them to this house again, get them a warning, asap, this is harassment.

I don’t care who’s house this is, 

I don’t care! The LAW DO NOT care who’s house this is.

You cops said that it wasn’t served, 

 but at court today, they acknowledged that it was served and “proof of service” was filed with the court. Walnut department didn’t acknowledge that violations occurred and you enabled this man to abuse my mom. 

You have no idea what he’s done to my mom. 

You have no idea the verbal abuse he puts us through. My mom is sick. She has ftd, So today after the court hearing, I resign is my mom’s caregiver. (she’s home alone, well John is at work 12+ hours, nobody is feeding her any breakfast, or lunch, shes administering her own pills without supervision- pill bottles acessable to a suicidal person, Her laundry is messy and she’s been wearing the same dirty cloths, unshowered, house unkempt.

And yelled at for it.

THE MAN WHO HAS MEDICALLY NEGLECTED HER FOR 2 YEARS. 

Imagine, IF I WAS NOT HERE!!!

THE SYSTEM FAILS AGAIN.
